Subject: Deadridden
This is classic Ryan Adams:
Two sets with a solo run, all sorts of beautiful tunes, unexpected set list selections, stand-up comedy, audience interaction, blatant bitching, lyrical invectives, self-deprecating bravado, and the topper, OATMEAL COOKIE err oxycontin banter.

More significant than all is this version of "16 Days," sentient and stirring.

I'm not going to say 'this is the best 2005 show', but I think I just did.

This a great show. Excellent sound, great songs, and Ryan's banter is interesting and it really shows who he is.
Oddly, I didnt attend this show despite living in Charleston at the time (I had never heard of Ryan Adams) but I downloaded it for a friend who missed the show. Just great music and I'm now a big Ryan Adams fan.
Definitely get this show for sound quality along not to mention excellent playing and great songs.

Subject: Great show missing tracks
The text file lists these songs on disc two:

10. "Song Lotto"
11. When The Stars Go Blue
12. Cold Roses

Anyone know where they are? Great show, wish it was complete though.

Subject: Essential Show
This show is well worth the download, especially for the slow acoustic version of 16 Days. The rest of the songs are great as well. Ryan and the band seem to be really enjoying themselves which to me makes the music even better. Sound Quality is incredible as well.

no, not full matrix, but rich sound. this recording has a "floaty" live quality that makes it stand out.

this is a young powerhouse of a group at the top of their creative game, forming, forming, reforming and forming some more. i'm impressed with the maturity of performance for such fresh material.

too bad fall dates were scratched. this is worth the ear-time.

(only 4 stars since it doesn't stray too far from recorded material).

Thanks for sorting this out. Excellent recording, definitely the best of the 2005 shows so far.

Subject: awesome!
excellent recording, levels are a little hot here and there but im definitely not complaining, fantastic performance...probably my pick from 2005.

Notes

track titles in quotes are stage banter, intro music, etc.

ryan's rig was a separate board mix with a set of
room mics (don't know what kind). the room mics are so
light in the mix that i wouldn't consider it a matrix
but thought it was worth noting.

special thanks to ryan & his sound engineer for letting
me plug in.
